Mushroom caps stuffed with
scallops, baked in a garlic butter and white wine sauce with white
onions. Served with jalepeno cheese bread.
Scallop Stuffed Mushrooms Rockefeller
Same as the scallop stuffed
mushrooms with an addition of rockefeller sauce, spinach and pernod
paste, with béarnaise and parmesan cheese.

Salmon chunks dipped in beer

Fried potato skins baked with
lots of cheese, onions, tomatoes and jalepenos, topped with sour

with a Cajun sausage stuffing, deep fried in beer batter, served with

granulated pepper, served over rice topped with our classic pepper
